Product Description

As a protective colloid, CMC can raise stability of the emulsion-polymer system in a wide PH range.
It can cause additives like pigments fillings disapersed into coatings.
It can impart coatings excellent effects of adhesion by coloring matter.
It can raise the coatings' leveling property.
It can increase the emulsion coatings' viscosity evidently.
It can improve coatings construction properties of spattering resistance and hanging resistance.

When used as a adhesive for blank, CMC can increasethe plasticity of potter's clay, the glaze slurry's flowability in the glaze of cetamics and the smoothness on the glaze surface so as to improve the quality of glaze surface.

Ceramic Grade CMC: While CMC is applied in ceramics body it will save dosage, increase the plasticity of ceramic clay material and improve the flexural strength of ceramic green. Loss on ignition is good, no residue after burning. With good suspension and dispersion, to prevent particle coagulation of polar materials.
